  6. This is a special IBM to Amiga (and vice versa) converter. It's original
  7. purpose is to convert Mails received from the MausNet. These Mails are
  8. normally written with IBM-ASCII. However, some Mails do contain
  9. Amiga-Umlauts. The converter takes care of these special Mails.
